I'm very sorry for the wait on this page, folks! Like I said last week, my friend BLOOMBEARD came to visit and I totally lost track of time. I'm kind of embarrassed. I even had a page finished ahead of time in case that happened--but I drew this scene all out of order, so the page I had done was the one after this. >:I

Anyway, I hope it was worth the wait. I'm very proud of how this scene turned out.

In other news, there is a chance that I'm going to switch to black and white pages at some point, and I want to know how you feel about that.

I'm unsatisfied with how long it takes me to colour pages, and I want to reach the end of Bicycle Boy sometime in the next 6 years. It's already taken 4 years to get this far. My comic pages got more complex & detailed since I started, so it takes a lot longer than it used to.

If I decide to make the switch, I'll finish the comic to the end, then circle back and colour it at my leisure. I might even hire people to help colour it at that point, if life circumstances allow. And there's a high possibility that with black and white, I'll be able to bump up my schedule to 2 pages a week. I'm not sure if I'd rather just draw b&w lines or do some level of greyscale work, but I'm still thinking about it.
