Now this is really shaping up to be another great night in the life of Poet.

In other news, the second comic project I've been working on this year is almost complete! It's called Wavemen, a dark fantasy, historical fiction set in Heian Japan. It tells the story of Momotaro, a troubled young samurai, as he follows the stubborn Emperor Yozei into a spooooooky abandoned house. It's a very emotional ride fulla ghosts and the protagonists making false assumptions. I'm really, really proud of it.

So, my wonderful, talented boss, Robin Childs, is doing a kickstarter to help get the second volume printed. If you ever wanted to have something I worked on in print, in your very own hands, (or as a PDF!) this is your chance. You can get volumes 1 & 2 through this campaign if you so choose, but each book reads very well as a standalone story. If you could please help us spread the word, I would be so grateful.
